Local wildlife artist Marlene Mullet has always been interested in nature and the outdoors and there finds her inspiration to draw wildlife subjects.

A self taught artist, she does most of her work in graphite pencil. Every piece of work is highly detailed and can take months to complete.

Marlene enjoys hiking in wilderness areas looking for wildlife and each piece of her work holds special meaning for her. Either she saw the subject in the wild or she has visited its natural habitat.

Marlene and her family reside in Holmes County, Ohio.
