around stopper: Compass border, Maltese cross, stars, fleur de lis, tiny winged demon with star.

side: the words ALL FOR MY JOLLY SAILOR BOLD and detailed carving of a twin tailed mermaid, carrying a flask of grog and a pint of ale.

bottom: Compass star.

side: the word RUM in Old English script, the crown and initials GR (George Rex), followed by 2 1/2 GILLS (a measurement of rum) and a stylized anchor.

Both ends of flask encircled by rope.

Flask has a turned wooden stopper carved with skull, & metal hardware attached for a strap.
